Disputes
Any dispute relating in any way
to your visit to PenmenHousing.com
or to products you purchase through
PenmenHousing.com shall be
submitted to confidential arbitration
in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, except
that, to the extent you have in
any manner violated or threatened
to violate PenmenHousing.com’s
intellectual property rights,
PenmenHousing.com may seek
injunctive or other appropriate
relief in any state or federal
court in the state of Pennsylvania,
and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction
and venue in such courts. Arbitration
under this agreement shall be
conducted under the rules then
prevailing of the American Arbitration
Association. The arbitrator’s
award shall be binding and may
be entered as a judgment in any
court of competent jurisdiction.
To the fullest extent permitted
by applicable law, no arbitration
under this Agreement shall be
joined to an arbitration involving
any other party subject to this
Agreement, whether through class
arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
Refund
Policy
PenmenHousing.com does not
generally provide refunds of listing
fees. However, if you fail to
notify us within 72 hours after
you placed your order, we cannot
provide a refund for any reason.
Correction of a mistake made in
a listing is the sole remedy for
incorrect information. You may
make changes to your listing at
any time during the listing period.
Corrections and changes within
the same listing are made without
additional charge to you. We cannot
provide partial refunds.
Fees
We reserve the right at any time
to charge fees for access to PenmenHousing.com
content or services or to portions
of PenmenHousing.com content
or services or to PenmenHousing.com
as a whole. In no event will you
be charged for access to any PenmenHousing.com
content or service, or to the
Website as a whole, unless we
obtain your prior agreement to
pay such charges. If you do not
consent to such charges, however,
you may not have access to paid
content or services.
Our current subscription plans:
1. You may list an ad in any of
the following categories. Each
category is only $19.99 to list:
- Studio/Efficiency
- Sublet
- 1 Bedroom
- 2 Bedroom
- 3 Bedroom
- 4 Bedroom
- Contracts
2. At your option, for an additional monthly fee, you may add additional features to your ads.
Featured Listing ($24.50)
This feature will move your listing to the top of search results. Your listing will appear before standard listings.
Make Ad text BOLD ($8.50) more info
This feature makes the ad text BOLD to help it stand out among other ads.
Border ($10.50)
This feature adds a border around your ad to help it stand out among other ads.
Make Ad text RED ($16.50)
This feature will make your listing stand out among the rest by making the ad text RED.
Background Color ($16.50)
This feature adds a background color to your ad helping it stand out in search results.
Special Offer ($18.50)
Tell people about your special leasing options by adding a special offer notice to your ad.
1. And when you purchase more than one month at a time the following discounts are automatically applied to your purchase!
Three Months (5% discount)
Six Months (10% discount)
Twelve Months (15% discount)
Recurring Billing or Subscription Billing
Your credit card will be automatically
charged at the end of each billing
cycle. You select your billing cycle
(one month, three months, six months
or twelve months) when you purchase
your ads. You will be notified via
email every time your card is charged.
In case of a problem with your credit
card, we will notify you via email
and retry for four consecutive days.
If we are not able to resolve the
problem, your ad will be deactivated.
Ad Cancelation
If you choose to cancel your ads log into the manager area of the site
and navigate to the ad management screen. Select the “cancel” option
next to the ad you want to cancel. Your cancellation will become
effective at the end of your selected billing cycle. We are unable to
issue partial credits for accounts at this time.
Site Policies, Modification, and Severability
Please review our other policies, such as our Privacy Policy, posted on
this site. These policies also govern your visit to
PenmenHousing.com. We reserve the right to make changes to our
site, policies, and these Terms of Use at any time. If any of these
conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason
unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not
affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
